This project was a total cabin transformation. It began with a simple cabin that lacked warmth and comfort. With a very small budget, the space was completely reimagined through paint, lighting, thoughtful redistribution, and a careful selection of objects. The interior was reorganized to create clear areas for living, cooking, and resting, giving it the feeling of a real home rather than a single undivided room.
Scope of work
– Complete redesign and redistribution of the space
– Interior design concept and execution
– Creation of a new lighting plan from scratch
– Relocation and reuse of existing wood pieces and items
– Decoration and styling throughout the interior and exterior
– Creation of the wall dividing the kitchen and the bedroom
– Design and setup of the outdoor dining and living areas
Outside, the terrace was shaped into distinct zones — a living area, a dining space, and an open area for exercise or yoga — all oriented toward the ocean view. The atmosphere became calm, functional, and inviting.
A key part of the transformation came from personal objects, showing how meaningful it is to create a home through simple, intentional choices. This project is a reminder that big changes don’t require big investments — just good design and clarity of space.
“To truly appreciate this transformation, I find it important to show the before and after — a clear glimpse of how the space changed with simple, intentional design.”
